Factory replacement Polymer LXG Grip Module With Laser Engraved Texture, 1913 Accessory Rail and
Removable Magwell for the P365-XMACRO & FUSE grip module. It features a true 1913 Picatinny accessory rail and three interchangeable backstraps (S, M, L) to ensure a proper fit for the user’s hand. The medium backstrap comes preinstalled.

Compatible with the 17-round P365-XMACRO magazine & 21rd as well as the 10rd MACRO magazines.

Compatible with all P365 FCUs except manual safety versions (firing control modules). Note: A compatible slide assembly (3.7″ XL or similar are flush with the rail.) and magazine must be used.
