CANCELLATION, Return and Refund Policy

Desert Depot Arms Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations:

Customers who wish to cancel an order must do so before it ships. If the order has already shipped it will be subject to the return policy. Cancelled orders have a $15 fee. 

Customers who place an order for items that cannot be shipped to their state will also have their orders cancelled and the $15 fee applied

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us for a RA (Return Authorization) and return the product within 15 calendar days of
your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged and unaltered. 

Shipping will be charged to the customer as well as a 15% restocking fee.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For
credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns:
Product may be returned in original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase price within 15 days of purchase or shipment of Product to Buyer,
whichever is later, less shipping and handling. In order to return Product
purchased over the internet, Buyer must call or email Customer Service at
760-517-6353 during business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am to
5:00pm PST) and request a Return Authorization (RA). An RA is
required to return a Product. Customers who exchange products that are
found to be defective will receive a credit for original shipping charges.
You may exchange the product or receive a refund in the original form of
payment. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in new
sellable condition.
Please allow up to 10 days after return is received and inspected for the
refund to be processed.
