When it comes to the various M&P Shield models nobody knows them like Apex. The Action Enhancement Trigger & Duty/Carry Kit for the 2.0 version of the Shield delivers a significant improvement in the feel of the trigger pull, while maintaining its performance as an everyday carry pistol. When installed properly, this drop-in trigger kit will:
-Reduce trigger pull weight by approx. 1-2 lbs.
-Reduce trigger pre-travel and over-travel approx. 20%
-Smooth uptake and reset
-Crisp trigger break
-Maintains factory safety values with center mounted pivoting safety
-Direct drop-in replacement parts, no fitting required
Note: We’re transitioning the sears in this kit from our 2 dots to our #2 sear. Both work correctly in our Shield kits, so don’t be surprised if you get one or the other.
For Use In These Guns
For use in the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus and M&P Shield 2.0 pistols in 9mm and .40 caliber.
Does Not Fit These Guns
Not for use in the original Shield, the Shield 45, or the Shield EZ.
Not certified for use for pistols chambered in 30 Super Carry.
Not for use in the steel frame Spec Series V M&P 9 Metal HD – SKU 14284.
NOT FOR USE IN THE BODYGUARD FIREARM.
We DO NOT recommend our kits or components be installed into the new Shield X at this time. We are evaluating it for compatibility and will provide an update once we have more information.
