ISMI Sig Sauer P365 FUSE 4.3″ – Recoil Tuning Kit

Pick from Stainless, Black Stainless or Tungsten. Designed for use with ISMI’s single flatwire spring replacement.

Only for P365 4.3″ (non-threaded) barrels

NOT for P365X, P365 with 3.1″ barrel

Replaces the factory captured recoil spring and allows for easy and optimal recoil tuning.

Heavy duty adjustable recoil spring system.

Designed for use with Fuse 4.3″ barrel P365 models

The unique system uses ISMI flatwire Springs and your choice of either Stainless Steel, Black finihsed stainless steel or solid TUNGSTEN guide rod.

Tungsten guide rod is 46g

Guide Rod Stainless or Solid Tungsten guide rod

Guide Rod Bushing (stepped Spacer)

4 Springs:

Blue 10lbs

Yellow 12lbs

Red 14lbs (stock)

Green 16lbs 

Install instruction:

1: Install Bushing (stepped spacer) into slide with small end locating in slide opening so that it sits flush with the end of the slide

2: It is recommend starting with a lighter spring option and working your way up as needed.

3: Install spring on guide rod.

4: Hold the slide in left hand with muzzle pointed away, use hand to hold spring in place.

5: Push the guide rod in with your right hand thumb until it locates on the barrel lug.

Tuning instructions:

1:We recommend shooting each spring rate to first determine which spring rates will reliably cycle in your firearm based on your ammo type, shooting style and specific firearm and aftermarket add ons.

2: then shoot each of those spring rates in consecutive 5-6 shot groups at a small target.

3: compare groupings and determine which spring provided the best follow up shot grouping.

(in general you will most likely end up with a lighter spring rate then factory unless required due to add on parts such as suppressors, thread on comps or other outside of normal configuration)
